Fort Lauderdale CPR Renewal Classes
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation is the lifesaving training that goes over everything from rescue breathing to surface chest compressions. Whether you need this preparation for a job or simply because you’re a Good Samaritan, you will be able to help save a life. Knowing how to execute these steps well in an emergency is incredibly important. It is why ongoing CPR training is mandatory to keep your certification active.
Who Needs CPR Certification Renewal?
It can be easy to overlook your CPR certification status — but renewing your certification every two years allows you to continue saving lives. If you have an almost expired certificate or expired status, you can take our course to regain CPR/AED/BLS credentials.
What to Expect in Your CPR Recertification
You will go through training similar to your first class. We will review —
- Identifying the seven CPR steps
- Finding the pulse
- Performing finger and palm chest compressions
- Using the AED machine
- Ultimately restore regular breathing
Once you’ve earned your recertification, you can continue to boldly perform CPR during emergencies, whether tending to an infant, child, or adult.
All employers and organizations accept CPR Certification Fort Lauderdale, including —

How long does CPR certification last?
To satisfy OSHA and AHA requirements, you must renew your certification every two years.
When can I take my CPR renewal course?
We provide weekly CPR renewal classes for you to choose from. Simply register for the timeframe that best fits your availability.
How will I complete the CPR renewal certification course?
Before 2020, the CPR recertification courses lasted four hours. Our current in-person certification classes are a portion of that time because of some pre-class elements. After you sign up, you will receive training elements that you must complete before coming to the in-person class.
As a note, be aware of some online options that do not include an in-person element. To be fully certified by the AHA and to stay in compliance with your job, you must complete your skills check with a trained professional.
This course completely fulfills 100% AHA BLS CPR and AED Healthcare Provider certification training requirements. With our CPR renewal education, you will gain the best CPR training, go through all testing required, and receive your CPR card!
